3. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, pattern, and texture are natural and not considered defects.
• We make every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display reflects the exact colour of the product.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed and paid for, the price at the time of purchase will be honoured.
• GST is calculated based on your shipping destination — intra-state orders (within J&K) attract CGST + SGST, while inter-state orders attract IGST at the applicable rate.

5. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You may also sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorise us to access basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Coupons & Loyalty Points

• Coupons are subject to their individual terms (minimum order value, expiry date, single use, etc.).
• Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and can be redeemed according to the loyalty programme rules displayed on your account dashboard.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.
