1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for the future. If you are outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Handcrafted / made-to-order items: These may require 5–15 business days for preparation, depending on the complexity of the craft involved. You will be notified of the estimated timeline at the time of purchase.
- Gift sets & custom orders: Custom curated gift sets may take 3–7 business days to assemble and package.
Processing times do not include transit time. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or logistics delays — particularly during winter months in Kashmir.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (displayed at checkout).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the tracking link in your confirmation email.
6. Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging reflects the care and craftsmanship of our brand:
- Premium branded packaging with tissue wrapping
- Secure outer packaging to protect delicate handcrafted items
- Gift-ready presentation for gift set orders
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout to avoid delivery issues.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos of the damage and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the claim is resolved.
