Welcome to The Khadeejah of Kashmir. These Terms govern your participation in our Artist Community. By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in India to join.
3. Application & Approval
The Khadeejah of Kashmir reserves the sole right to approve or decline applications. We aim to review all applications within 3–5 business days.
4. Communication Consent
By applying, you consent to being contacted via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding work opportunities. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
5. Work & Compensation
Work is assigned at our discretion. Rates are communicated per order. 100% of the agreed amount is paid directly to the artist.
6. Quality Standards
Artists must maintain consistent quality. Work not meeting agreed standards may be returned for revision.
7. Intellectual Property
Work produced under a paid order becomes The Khadeejah of Kashmir's property upon payment.
8. Data & Privacy
Personal information is stored securely and used solely for community communication. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
