Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Khadeejah of Kashmir. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy:
Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, such as final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
